We are unable to guarantee deliveries at a specific time due to multiple variables. You can request a delivery time frame by filling in the special instruction box when completing your order, and we will try to accommodate to the best of our abilities to deliver the arrangement within your preferred timeframe. Picking a specific timeframe does not guarantee that we will be able to accommodate.

If the recipient is not home, we will contact you as well as them by phone. While we try to reach you, if we don’t get a reply within a timely manner, we may leave the delivery in a safe place. We are unable to re-deliver once the delivery has arrived.
